Image Search Engine with EXIF Data

Abstract


Web Crawler works on keyword based searching, same way searching of image is based only keyword and color matching. With Image Information Retrieval dissertation will extract out EXIF Tag from Image. The technique to crawl image will be based on mainly the natural language processing where EXIF tag from the image will be extracted by using Metadata Extraction algorithm so the retrieval of image willbe easier and efficient. Thus when user searches for image, the image with its EXIF Tag available in repository is to be match and search engine will retrieve those images that are matched with user query. This research will helpful in area of image information retrieval research as well as at commercial and real time application fields too.
