Abstract


The development of cloud computing and visualization techniques enables devices to overview of the several of fear resource constrained by allowed them to offload cellular and several computation parts of an application to most energyful cloud servers. This issuess include them produce the novel offloading system to design robust offloading decision for mobile services. In which final decision for the analysis into the propose the Generic Algorithm (GA) offloading method then designed. Then used to the mobile and laptops many features of improvements. An expected to the mobile data traffic everyday and this trends in rapid developed in mobile social application. When important to the benefit of bulk file and video transfer over 3g network and improve data delivery using real mobility data set size in range. To send to big file transaction will be a offloading an delay to the system process in slow. An file convert to the compressing the format will be converted to the uploaded in the mobile application in feasible solution in save time and battery energy.A class of specialized formats used in camcorders and video editing use less complex compression schemes that restrict their prediction techniques to intra-frame prediction. Genetics compression algorithms are the latest generation of lossless algorithms that compress data (typically sequences of nucleotides) using both conventional compression algorithms and genetic algorithms adapted to the specific data type.
