An Automatic Plant Irrigation and Fertile Control for Agricultural Farm

Abstract


India agriculture the major problem which farmers face is the water scarcity, so to improve the usage of water one of the irrigation system using drip irrigation which is implemented is “Automated irrigation system”. This paper is based on “automatic irrigation system”. The moisture of the soil is tested by using a soil sensor. The soil sensor is connected with a controller and an automatic irrigation mechanism is maintained. The pumping of motor (on/off) is maintained by detecting the moisture content of the soil. Simultaneously the fertile content in the soil is detected by using a sensor and needed minerals are dissolved in the water. Finally the water is allowed for drip irrigation. Automatic water control and fertile control are provided in this system.
