A New Technique for Gasifier Control System

Abstract


This paper simulates a control for total operation of gasifier system using ladder logic Siemens S7.  The used technique is implemented to produce friendly environmental and energy preserve system. In this system a flow transmitter is used to control between the motorized line and an on/off furnace valve sequenced, agricultural waste enter the furnace to burn that produce methanol liquid. there are chimney valve  and burner ‘s on/ off valve to condensate methanol liquid at vessel depending on  the value of  pressure or temperature such that  for high pressure or temperature parameter the chimney valve  will open and burner will be closed and vise verse. Moreover level transmitter is used to indicate Methanol liquid level such that an action will be taken to control the motorized line.
