Optical Time Division Multiple Access Review Paper

Lovekesh Paul, Himali Sarangal

Abstract

This paper represents the review of Optical Time Division Multiple Access (OTDM) networks. Functioning of this multiple access technique is discussed thoroughly. Improvement in the structure and evolution of components is reviewed. Various techniques, to enhance the quality of signal have been discussed and compared. Future possibilities to raise the area of application and user capacity are illustrated.
