A Study on Availability of Information and Communication Technology Facilities to the Special Libraries in Tamilnadu State in India

Abstract


This paper aims at analyzing the Trends and Status of Information and Communication Technology in Tamilnadu State Special Libraries in India. The scientific community extensively uses various aspects Information and Communication Technology (ICTs).The people working in scientific research form a major factor in shaping the new economy and producing rapid changes in society are the most users of ICTs.
