Smart Home Automation using Arduino and Internet of Things

Abstract


Home automation is a network of hardware, communications and electronic interfaces used to integrate everyday equipment with one another over the Internet. The Internet of Things (IoT) can be defined as connecting a variety of things such as smartphones, personal computers, and tablets to the Internet and provides a very new type of communication between things. With the recent introduction of the Internet of Things, home automation research and development has become more and more popular. Many devices are controlled and monitored to help humans. In addition, various wireless technologies allow you to connect from remote locations to enhance the intelligence of your home environment. Automation uses Wi-Fi modules to control electrical appliances from any location. The main purpose of this article is to illustrate the role of humans in the Internet of Things, social aspects, and services.
