Reducing Poverty Using Smart Employment in Rural Areas

Abstract


In this application smart employment guarantee act increasing the livelihood security of people in rural areas promising the wage employment in a financial year to a rural household whose adult members agree to do unqualified manual work. Another aim of smart employment is to make the roads, canals, ponds, wells long-lasting assets for the people and the government. Admin will control the overall state by providing login for each officer for allocating the work for each employee. They collect the details from the Block Development Officer (BDO) regarding the employees for some development work in the village. Allocate work to the employees according to the availability of the persons and need of manpower for the work and the employee has to be allocated according to the estimation value of the project. If a person has paid the daily wages summarization can be viewed by both the employee and authorized officer.
