Implementation of Smart Thermal-Electric Conversion and Switching [S.T.E.C.S] in CPU's for Intelligent Waste Heat Recycling and Productive Power Consumption [The Next Generation Green Computing Architecture – Proposal]

G. Mohanram

Abstract

In this paper I propose a novel architecture for Implementation of Smart Thermal-Electric Convertor and switcher [S.T.E.C.S] device in CPU's for Intelligent Waste Heat Recycling and Productive Power Consumption [Green Computing].This architecture can be used in the Central Processing Units where the Waste Heat dissipated From the internal components can be productively reused in generating electricity. The electricity thus generated can be intelligently used for supplying power to the smaller entities of the motherboard which could efficiently use the electricity. We also implement a smart switching mechanism as an emergency fall back mechanism when the required potential falls beyond the threshold value. It’s a proposal for the Next Generation Green Computing Architecture.

Keywords
